Interested in starting a new project? You'll need to fill out the Project Charter Form! Give it to any SERV Board member (see SERV Board page).
If you want to run a One-Time Event, fill out Event Approval Form and talk to any SERV board member.
Use Purchase Order Request Form or the Reimbursement Request Form to get funding from SERV.
Get reimbursed for gas!
If you want, you can use the Olin Van to do community service! Get registered by emailing Courtney Sampson and contact the board for further details about reimbursement.
