CODA (Computing Opportunities for Disabled Adults)CODA meets on Wednesdays from 11 am to noon. CODA helps adults with disabilities work towards goals of literacy, computer proficiency and job skills in both one-on-one and group learning environments. Volunteers get to have fun, meet more people and make a difference - you could help someone get a job. This year specifically we are trying to work with the adults to determine and achieve their personal goals and volunteers of all experience are needed! We also need a few volunteers to help out with the IT side of things, for example connecting their computers to the internet, fixing any problems that arise and just general computer help. If you have more questions about CODA, talk to Rachel Nancollas. |
